The scene depectied here is pretty straight foward. Monsieur Dénouement (the ponified version of Hercule Poirot), Twilight, Rarity, and Octavia have just dicoverd the dead body of famed fashinesta photographer Photo-Finish. I'll let you guys come up with a story to this.
